Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) is seeking qualified small business contractors for a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to provide civil services for projects throughout the BNL site. The contractor will supply all labor, services, materials, tools, and equipment for assigned civil work. Both a mandatory hybrid solicitation overview meeting and a mandatory in-person site visit are required for all offerors to be eligible for award. The estimated award is September 2026. Performance will be at the Brookhaven National Laboratory site.
