Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) wishes to seek a quote to provide a Plotter and Scanner to be used by the Modernization Project Office located at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). Responses for the copier must meet or exceed the requirements outlined below: Looking for a black and white printer/ copier with color scanning to PDF format. Scanning files shall be able to be automatically sent to a device enabled USB port, or network drive in PDF format. Multiple resolution abilities are also being sought for the scanning feature. Stacking of up to 100 E size plots in a top mounted tray. Energy star compliant. Accepts 20-pound bond paper in a 500ft roll with a 3-inch core. LCD interactive screen as the user interface. Print resolution should be 600x1100 or better. Accepts E size drawings to print/ plot/ and color scan. Must have the ability to copy or scan simultaneously while printing. Print and copy speed – 2 E size drawings per minute or better. Internal paper cutter. Maximum assembled dimensions – 63 inches wide x 33 inches deep x 62 inches high. Unit needs to be single phase 110V. A 2-year warranty shall be included. Successful vendor shall deliver the unit to BNL, unbox/ assemble, and install the unit. Tech will work with BNL ITD department to set up the unit and network the device. A job hazard analysis will be required for delivery and all delivery personnel and setup tech shall be US Citizens. All submitted equipment shall be evaluated for meeting the requirements of these requirements.
