Amendment #1: Updated RFP to include new Construction Wage Determination NY20230012 Mod. #8, dated 9/01/2023 (Titled Amendment #1 Enclosure #1 - Construction Wage Rates) Scope of Work: Furnish all labor, services, materials, tools, and equipment required to perform a variety of assigned roof repair work as required on various Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) site projects. Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) shall determine requirements related to an assigned work scope based on the extent of work, type of work, field conditions, work schedule and acceptable trade practices. Equipment, labor and materials shall meet all requirements and qualifications as delineated in the enclosed Specifications, entitled, “Roofing Task Order 2023 Specifications Rev. 1”, dated June 1, 2023 (Enclosure 4, Attachment 1) and BNL QA-101, dated 11-2022 (Enclosure 4, Attachment 7). BSA shall furnish the Contractor with such instructions, drawings, schedules, and supplementary specifications as it deems necessary to perform assigned work. Period of Performance: Period of Performance will be one (1) Base Year with four (4) Optional Yearly Extensions. Virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting: A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on Microsoft Teams at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. An invitation will be sent to interested Offerors. All Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. In-Person Mandatory Site Tour: A Site Tour will be conducted on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Brookhaven National Laboratory.
