Furnish all labor, services, materials, tools and equipment required for construction of the CDI-Satellite Endstation Building for the research facility NSLS-II, at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). In general, the Work consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of a one story steel and concrete structured addition to existing NSLS II. Inclusive of renovation to a portion of the existing building and complete fix-out of all interior finished and MEP and Telcom systems and site improvements as required as part of the Work.
