CNS is seeking architect/engineering design services under a Basic Ordering Agreement to support the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Services may include conceptual, preliminary, and definitive design; construction and start-up support; operations support; configuration management; minor modifications; and design audits. Task orders awarded under the agreement will require onsite support at Y-12 within two business days of a company request, with appropriately cleared personnel. Interested companies are invited to express interest and participate in an informational Webex to help shape the future RFP. Responses will be used by CNS to structure the procurement.
