The Government intends to procure IEEE (Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers) Enterprise Subscription for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The Government is contemplating award in accordance with FAR Parts 13.5 and 12. The contract will be awarded using the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type with an overall period of performance of one (1) base year plus four (4) one-year options.
