The Government intends to procure a Subscription to RBN Backstage Pass for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The Government is contemplating award in accordance with FAR Parts 13.5 and 12. The contract will be awarded using the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type with an overall period of performance of one (1) base year plus four (4) one-year options. The objective of this contract is to access the RBN Backstage Pass for blogs covering the most relevant aspects of crude oil, NGLs, LNG, natural gas, and refined products markets, along with key developments in renewables and energy transition.
