RFQ 89603023Q0093 Amendment 0002 (Note: Amendment 0001 does not exist) The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Government’s responses to the questions submitted, located in Attachment 5- Questions and Answers FERC RFQ #89603023Q0093 8/16/2023. FERC intends to procure a Safety Clothing Direct Purchase Program. This procurement is a new requirement. The objective is to acquire a comprehensive uniform service with the contractor providing a direct purchase ordering system, simplify purchase of personal protective equipment and implement a process for replacement of equipment on a schedule that meets recommendations of applicable regulations and standards. More detailed description of requirements and period of performance dates are provided in the Price/Cost Schedule and in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The FOB point and acceptance point for deliverables are destination to FERC locations listed in the SOW, but allow the option for eligible employees to provide alternate mailing addresses. The government provided FERC’s Safety Clothing Direct Purchase Program requirements, in the RFQ and SOW. However, if the Quoter does not believe it can achieve the requirements of the RFQ and SOW, then the Quoter may submit an appropriate solution that the Quoter believes is needed to achieve the results of the RFQ and SOW. All Quotes must be submitted in Electronic Format via email to Lisa.Tillman@ferc.gov no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, August 31, 2023.
