This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation (SF1449) will not be issued. The Government intends to procure an Argus Natural Gas Americas Services - 30-User Licenses for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The Government is contemplating award in accordance with FAR Parts 13.5 and 12. The contract will be awarded using the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type with an overall period of performance of one (1) base year plus three(3) one-year options. The solicitation number is 89603023Q0088. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective 14 February 2023. The combined synopsis solicitation contains one (1) firm-fixed price line item (base year) in the Cost/Price Schedule of the solicitation, plus three (3) one-year option periods. The objective of this contract is to access the Argus Natural Gas Americas Services for historical and daily/monthly data.
