FERC has a requirement for the APC Comprehensive Protection Plan (CPP) using purchased credits for maintaining support for FERC’s APC UPS units, APC UPS batteries, and APC UPS network cards. This requirement also includes exchange services to replace non-functioning APC UPS, APC batteries and APC UPS Network cards. The vendor shall provide the APC CPP using purchased credits to support the operations of FERC APC UPS systems (including batteries and network cards) proactively and reactively. This is being solicited as a Brand Name & Sole Source requirement.
