The purpose of this amendment is to revise the RFQ, incorporate SOW revised January 9, 2023, provide the Government’s response to the questions submitted (located in Attachment 2-Questions and Answers... The purpose of this amendment is to revise the RFQ, incorporate SOW revised January 9, 2023, provide the Government’s response to the questions submitted (located in Attachment 2-Questions and Answers dated 1/9/2023)., and extend the quote submission due date. Quoters will be individually given the opportunity to come on-site to conduct a site survey and the existing solution. The Quoters must contact by e-mail the Contracting Officer Lisa Tillman at Lisa.Tillman@ferc.gov in order to schedule a site survey in enough time to provide a quote. The government (FERC) provided their current Shredders background and requirements in the revised SOW. However, if the vendor does not believe it can achieve the requirements of the revised RFQ and revised SOW, then the vendor may submit an appropriate solution that the Vendor believes is needed to achieve the results of the revised RFQ and revised SOW. All Quotes must be submitted in Electronic Format via email to Lisa.Tillman@ferc.gov no later than 4:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.
