REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is issuing this sources Request for Information (RFI) as a means of refining our Statement of Work (SOW) and evaluation criteria for our Webcasting of FERC Public Meetings/Hearings. The results of this RFI will be a better Request for Quotation/Proposal and SOW. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this RFI is 519130, as of January 1, 2017 the Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. Comments and suggestions for the SOW and evaluation criteria If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1. Organization name, address, e-mail address, Web site address, telephone number, CAGE code, and small business classification. 2. Identify any Government Wide Contracts through which the services may be made available, such as GSA, NITAAC, NASA, etc. If your organization does not provide the services under a schedule contract, please identify availability as OPEN MARKET ONLY; and 3. Please review the attached SOW and evaluation criteria and provide comments/suggestions. a. Is there something missing that should be the documents or should something come out? b. Are there commercial practices for purchasing these services that the documents conflict with, and? c. Are there better factors for evaluation? Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this RFI by NLT 5:00PM EST, December 3, 2021.
