This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation (SF1449) will not be issued. The solicitation number is 89603021Q0020. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, effective 6 April 2016. The combined synopsis solicitation contains one (1) firm-fixed price line item (base year) in the Cost/Price Schedule of the solicitation, with four (4) one-year option periods. The objective of this contract is to provide DSA Tools TM software support and maintenance to FERC. (See attached for Brand Name Justification.)
