The sources sought is being issued as a means of conducting market research to identify company’s capabilities that might exist in order to support an upcoming requirement for the purchase of Liquid Oxygen (LOX) for delivery to the Table Rock Dam Powerhouse, located at 760 Hatchery Road, Branson, Missouri. For additional information regarding the technical specifications, please refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Based on the responses to this sources sought, this requirement may be set-aside for small business (in full or in part) procured through full and open competition (unrestricted), or procured on a sole source basis. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. The requirements description is set forth in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for the minimum requirements of the Government. It is the Government’s intent that a single primary contractor be awarded this contract and be responsible for providing all work detailed by this SOW specification. A site visit will be scheduled during the solicitation posting period. Eligibility: The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325120 – Industrial Gas Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees. The product service code is 6830 – Gases: Compressed and Liquefied. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond.
