The U.S. Department of Energy, Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern) intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to replace the Sikeston Substation fencing located at Co Rd 478, Sikeston, MO 63801, GPS coordinates (36.875790, -89.625002). The work will consist of completely removing the existing chain-link fence and installing a new electrically grounded chain-link fence. The new chain-link fence will be eight (8) feet high and will include six barbed wires, concertina wired, 1-inch wire mesh fabric, and non-motorized cantilever slide gates with ISP security latches.
