The purchase and installation of a new three-phase propane powered, engine driven backup generator with associated transfer switch and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) at SEPA’s Emergency Site located at 2169 Engineering Drive, Elberton, GA 30635. The HVAC will not be connected to the UPS but directly to the generator. Currently there is not a generator at the ER Site. Therefore, installation shall include a concrete pad for the generator and associated equipment. The new generator must be manufactured in the United States with a minimum capacity of 60 KW. The installation of the generator, transfer switch, and uninterruptible power system (UPS), must be in accordance with all local, State, and Federal guidance and regulations. SEPA will be responsible for the propane and propane tank. The Vendor will be responsible for connection of generator to the propane tank, and will provide the fuel consumption rate for the generator to SEPA. An on-site visit is required from Vendors who plan to quote in order to survey, evaluate, and verify all existing equipment and hardware. The Vendor shall furnish all licensed and certified personnel, equipment, materials, supplies and services (except as may be expressly set forth in this contract as furnished by the Government) and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incident to, performance and completion of the work as described in these specifications.
