Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the construction of Creston – Maryville 161-kV Transmission Line Re-conductor in Iowa/Missouri. The principal components of the work involve demolition, miscellaneous site-work, providing transmission line poles, and reconductoring 62.3 miles of existing transmission line. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000. All work is to be completed within 180 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency.
