Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and other resources to complete the construction of Jamestown Maintenance Facility, Maintenance Office, and Garage in North Dakota. The principal components of the work involve miscellaneous sitework; demolition; asphalt pavement; providing a building foundation and concrete aprons; and construction of an Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) office and garage building including plumbing, fire protection, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All work is to be completed within 365 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about July 29, 2023, and the projected bid opening date is August 31, 2023.
