The purpose of this amendment is to correct the descriptions, specifications and extend the due date to August 20, 2021 1600 CST. Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for the following items: - 11,640 feet of 4/0 AWG aluminum power cable, 25-kV, EPR insulated, 1/3 concentric neutral, 133 percent insulation level . Cable shall be provided on six separate reels with three reels having 1,900ft and three reels having 1,980ft on each. Wire is continuous on heavy duty wooden reels. - 14 EA 25kV, 200A, 4/0 AWG, Loadbreak Elbow - 200Amp, 25kV class loadbreak elbow connector with optional integral jacket seal and test port. Elbows shall be Cooper Power Systems or equivalent and shall be sized appropriately to be used with 4/0 AWG, 133 percent insulation level, 25kV cable with 1/3 concentric neutral - 12 EA Cable Accessories Sealing Kits - Kits shall be 3M Cable Accessory Sealing Kits model 8453 or equal. See Revised specifications. Solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The North American Industrial Code is 237130 business size standard $39.5M. Solicitation closes August 11, 2021 1600 CST. If you wish to offer a quote, provide a price quote, delivery time, FOB Destination-shipping cost incorporated into the cost of the items, specifications sheet and country of manufacturing on your quote. Adequate product literature must be provided with all quotes to determine acceptability. Quote with no specifications will be considered non responsive. Contracting officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. All product quoted must meet or exceed the specifications. Product quoted shall be factory new, not used, like new or refurbished. Any used, like new or refurbished items will not be accepted and returned at the vendor expense. Award will be made to only one vendor who quote meets or exceeds all specifications. Accepted +/- 5% variance.
