Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the construction of Halliday-Killdeer 115-kV Transmission Line Rebuild in North Dakota. The principal components of the work involve demolition of approximately 18 miles of 115-kV transmission line, rebuilding 18 miles of new 115-kV transmission line with 954 kcmil conductor, 3/8-inch overhead ground wire, and 0.465-inch, 24 fiber optical ground wire. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All work is to be completed within 210 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 237130 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about June 2, 2021 and the projected bid opening date is July 6, 2021.
