Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the construction of Killdeer – Charlie Creek -115-kV Transmission Line Rebuild in North Dakota. The principal components of the work involve demolition of approximately 21 miles of 115-kV transmission line, rebuilding 21 miles of new 115-kV transmission line with 954 kcmil conductor, 3/8-inch overhead ground wire, and 0.465-inch, 24 fiber optical ground wire. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The NAICS code for this project is 237130 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. The project is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. All work is to be completed within 210 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency.
