Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the construction of "Bismarck O&M Service Center, Vehicle Storage Bldg. No. 4, North Dakota". The principal components of the work involve demolition of asphalt, miscellaneous site work; utility work; providing a building foundation and concrete aprons; and construction of a pre-engineered steel vehicle storage building including fire protection, mechanical systems, and electrical systems. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All work is to be completed within 365 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Work at the site shall not commence until April 1, 2021. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about July 29, 2020 and the projected bid opening date is September 1, 2020.
