Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the construction of Jamestown Substation, Stage 15 in North Dakota. The principal components of the work involve demolition, miscellaneous sitework; earthwork; gravel surfacing; providing concrete foundations; providing and modifying steel structures; installing Government-Furnished equipment including power transformers, a power circuit breaker, circuit switcher/interrupters, and disconnecting switches; providing switches, voltage transformers, and a surge arrester; providing high voltage bus, grounding, conduit, control cable, and miscellaneous electrical. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All work is to be completed within 180 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 237130 with a Small Business Size Standard of $39.5 Million. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency.
