Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the construction of Ward Delivery – Mandan 230-kV Transmission Line Reconductor Project in North Dakota. The principal components of the work involve demolition, miscellaneous sitework, providing concrete foundations, and reconductoring 3.4 miles of existing transmission line. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All work is to be completed within 210 days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about March 26, 2020 and the projected bid opening date is April 28, 2020.
