Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to determine the availability of small business firms and other-than-small business firms that have the capability of providing Electrostatics brand (or equal) conductive suits for barehand work in high-voltage environments as described in attached specifications. WAPA anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a Quantity of 9 (nine) suit kits to include 2 piece conductive suit, gloves, and socks. This RFI is for market research purposes only. WAPA is NOT seeking competitive quotes at this time. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this RFI or any follow-up information requests. Interested parties having ability to meet this requirement are encouraged to provide feedback via email to Angela Xavier at xavier@WAPA.GOV by 7/25/24, 14:30 Pacific Time. If you are a manufacturer, please provide the names of any authorized small distributors. If you are a distributor, please state the manufacturer(s) of the suits you sell. Please provide any authorized distributor letters. 4) Offeror's capability to deliver requirements described in attached specifications. Do you offer catalog only sizing? Or, are you able to manufacture suits to specific measurements? 5) Lead time(s) After Receipt of Order (ARO) for Delivery. 6) GSA Contract information if suits are available on your GSA schedule. 7) Warranty information.
