Sources Sought Notice (For Market Research Purposes Only) *This Sources Sought Notice is for market research purposes only and we are NOT seeking quotes at this time - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this RFI or any follow-up information requests. Description of Services: Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to determine the availability of small business firms and other than small business firms that are able to provide Power Marketing Analytical Support Services. This entails professional consulting services to assist SNR staff with the coordination/research related to the collection, development, and analysis of studies, regulatory and environment decision, OIG reports, and Reclamation Solicitor’s opinions as they relate to Central Valley Project (CVP). Please see the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional detail regarding the services required. Capability Statement: Firms that have the capability to provide these services are encouraged to provide feedback via email to Jolene Daoud at Daoud@WAPA.GOV. Please ensure that all information is submitted in one file. Phone calls will not be accepted. Please provide your response to the following: 1) Offeror's name, UEI #, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. 2) Offeror's interest in bidding on the solicitation if or when it is issued. 3) Identify whether your firm would be interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or subcontractor. 4) State the % of the work anticipated to be self-performed and % that will be subcontracted, by identifying which elements under the PWS Performance Requirements. 5) Offeror's capability to perform a contract of this magnitude and complexity and comparable work performed within the past 5 years.
