This announcement constitutes the only solicitation (a written solicitation will not be issued) and quotes are being requested. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR), is requesting quotes for: 1087-612 Retrofit kit 4 Each. TR-2200 Master Input Board with relays (P/N:1088-793) 10 Each EVALUATION FACTORS: Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer; except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the Government's best interests.
