This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are hereby being requested under this combined synopsis/solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being issued as a 100% small business set aside, and the assigned NAICS is 611519. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with FAR Subparts 12 and 13. Requirement Details: The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR), requires training on OSHA 1910.269 High Voltage for Generation, Transmission, and Distribution of Electricity (OSHA 1910.269), current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70 National Electric Code (NEC) Standard Codebook (NFPA 70E) standard for electrical safety in the workplace, as well as OSHA 1910.331 and 1910.335 training. Training is scheduled to occur May 2023. Additional details are provided in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
