This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are hereby being requested under this combined synopsis/solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being issued as 100% small business set aside, and the assigned NAICS is 811310. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. Requirement Details: The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR), requires generator maintenance, in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, at various locations within the SN services territory to ensure that the emergency generators are always available. There are nine (9) units distributed at seven (7) locations that need annual maintenance. The contract period of performance is April 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022, for the base year and January 1 to December 31 for each option year. There will be a total of four optional years available. Additional details are provided in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Evaluation: Selection and Award will be made to the single, responsible offeror, whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is determined technically acceptable and offers the lowest overall price.
