This will be a 100% Small Business Set-aside Request for Quotation (RFQ). The assigned NAICS is 335313 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. This requirement will be solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated.
