The purpose of this amendment is to add WebEx meeting information for the bid opening, publish site visit attendance, publish revised drawings, and to publish answers to questions received. Refer to Standard Form 30, updated drawings dated 7.29.21, and site visit roster which have been uploaded to attachments. This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237130 with a size standard of $36.5 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between to $500,000 and $1,000,000. Place of performance will be near Sacramento, CA. The purpose of this project is to replace and upgrade existing line jumpers, disconnect switches, fittings, hardware, expansion tubes and associated equipment to meet or exceed existing transmission line rating operating limits at the Folsom and Roseville Substations. The solicitation, specifications and drawings, and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet free of charge. No CD-ROMS or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Site Visit: To be held on July 21, 2021. Those interested in attending must RSVP by July 14, 2021.
