This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are hereby being requested under this combined synopsis/solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being issued as full and open, and the assigned NAICS is 335911. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance withFederal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. Requirement Details: The Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region requires thirteen (13) DC Power Rectifier Systems at 150 amps DC Output, and two (2) DC Power Rectifier Systems at 200 amps DC Output. Details regarding the specifications are attached. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 5 pm PST on September 18, 2020 in order to have time to respond before closing date. Email all questions to jeffery@wapa.gov. Only electronic receipt of offers will be accepted. Submit offers in Adobe pdf format. Each file cannot exceed 10 MB in size, limit three (3) files. Email offers to Tishira Jeffery at jeffery@wapa.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. Please include the offeror's Unique Entity Identifier (formerly DUNS); identification of any special commercial terms; and signature of authorized company representative. Note: Unique Entity Identifier will be used to verify offerors current registration in SAM.GOV. Submissions: Offerors shall submit the items listed below with their quote for consideration: The attached form 1449; and One set of the drawings and data for the specific equipment. This documentation is required to verify compliance with respect to the specifications. Such documentation shall be clearly annotated to indicate the specific equipment proposed and include the following: Catalog data sheets, and warranty terms and conditions. Manufacturer’s chassis and schematic drawings. Warranty- Rectifier system and accessories shall be warranted to be free of defect in workmanship and material for at least one year from the date of delivery, or the manufacturer's warranty period, whichever is longer. The terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty shall be described in detail. Delivery Items shall be delivered "FOB Destination" to the following location: Western Area Power Administration 7940 Sorento Rd, Elverta, CA 95626-9562 Evaluation: Selection and Award will be made to the single, responsible offeror, whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is determined technically acceptable and offers the lowest overall price.
