This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are hereby being requested under this combined synopsis/solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being issued as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside. Requirement Details: Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR), has a requirement for material to Install Two Radio Hops. All materials will be delivered to Elverta, CA. This is a Brand Name Requirement and the justification is attached. The assigned NAICS is 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm fixed price contract award is contemplated and only new equipment will be accepted.
