The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR), requires fuel tank inspections to assess above ground storage tanks and associated equipment for serviceability and to prepare recommendations for needed replacements and repairs. The goal is to identify all measures currently needed to upgrade the tanks, pumps, hoses, etc. to be free of all leaks, and operating in a condition that meets all federal and state regulatory requirements with a minimum of oversight. Tanks to be assessed under this contract include 7 petroleum storage tanks with associated fuel dispensing systems, and 2 waste oil storage tanks. The Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) operates fuel dispensing systems at three maintenance facilities located in Northern California, including Elverta Maintenance Facility located in Elverta, CA; Tracy Maintenance Facility located in Byron, CA; and Redding Maintenance Facility located in Redding, CA. In addition to the fuel dispensing systems, SNR also operates two used oil storage tanks. These are located at Redding Maintenance Facility and Elverta Maintenance Facility. Period of Performance: 08/1/2020 to 12/31/2021
