This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are hereby being requested under this combined synopsis/solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. RFQ # 89503320QWA000031 is being issued as 100% small business set aside. Requirement Details Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR) requires an IMACS 200 Channel bank, and DSX-1 Panel (Enclosure and Module) to be delivered to our Elverta Maintenance Facility which is located at 7940 Sorento Road Elverta, CA 95626. This is a brand named requirement and no substitutions will be accepted (see attached brand name justification). The NAICS code is 334210 --Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The following commercial clauses are applicable: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR, 52.212-2, Evaluation, Commercial Items ; FAR 52.212-3-Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items ; and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. This RFQ contains two (2) attachments: 1- Pricing Schedule-- All unit prices shall include FOB destination. 2- Brand Name Justification.
