Replaced equipment shall include the 1960’s era control building, 30+ disconnect switches, problematic brown glass insulators, main bus reconductor and rating increase, 2-115kV oil circuit breakers, replace 1990’s vintage GE D20 RTU with three SEL RTACs, and add transfer bus dead end structure between 230kV east and west interconnect.
