The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for Supply Replenishment of 40 ft Wood Poles for its Cody Field Office. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures ar being utilized for this requirement. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. Terms include FOB Destination to Cody, Wyoming. The solicitation (Request for Quotes)will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 321114; Size Standard is 550 Employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about February 10, 2025 at the following sites: https://www.sam.gov/ and www.fedconnect.net, at which time all information and attachments regarding the RFQ will be posted. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote to be considered for award. Unique ID number is required for SAM registration. NOTE: Quotes shall be due by 2:00 p.m. MST February 18, 2025. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Kevin P. Mullen, Contracting Officer (mullen@wapa.gov) or via www.SAM.Gov or www.fedconnect.net.
