The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for Supply Replenishment of Wire and Cable. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures are being utilized for this requirement. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. Terms include FOB Destination to Loveland, Colorado. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued as a 100% small business set aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 331318; Size Standard is 750 Employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about January 15, 2025, at the following sites: https://www.sam.gov/ and www.fedconnect.net, at which time all information and attachments will regarding the RFQ will be posted. Contractor must have an active registration in theSystem for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote to be considered for award. Unique ID number is required for SAM registration.
