The Contractor shall conduct all necessary demolition to prepare the work area for construction. Requirement includes the following remodel: the existing Dispatch Kitchen and Operators lounge, the existing operator’s restroom including relocating the entry door to the east side of the restroom, existing men’s and women’s restrooms in the basement hallway, and relocate the existing Southeast entry door to the double door frame at the basement hallway.

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA, Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. PMOC Dispatch Remodel - principal components of work include the following: 1. The Contractor shall conduct all necessary demolition to prepare the work area for construction. 2. The Contractor shall remodel the existing Dispatch Kitchen and Operators lounge. 3. The Contractor shall remodel the existing operator’s restroom including relocating the entry door to the east side of the restroom. 4. The Contractor shall remodel the existing Men’s and Women’s restrooms in the basement hallway. 5. The Contractor shall relocate the existing Southeast entry door to the double door frame at the basement hallway.
