Amd 01: The purpose of this Amendment (0001) is to provide revised Specifications, Drawings and Photos of Existing Conditions, and provide the site visit attendance and answers to questions from industry. Base: The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a construction requirement for various repairs to building enclosures for the maintenance and garage buildings at Beaver Creek Substation, Brush, CO. The Contractor shall furnish all design, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work (including work of an incidental nature), for Brush Service Center Repairs, Brush, CO, complete, in strict accordance with the Specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resulting contract. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The estimated order of magnitude for this acquisition is between $100,000 to $250,000. Active SAM Registration: Offeror must have active/current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) to be eligible to receive an award from any Federal agency. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must have active/current registration in the SAM database at the time of quote submission, prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the Offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer (at the time of quote submission), the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
