The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes but is not limited to: Provide Bare Ground Vegetation/Weed Control Services for various locations in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, and Wyoming. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 561730; Size Standard is $8.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about June 13, 2023, at the following sites: https://beta.sam.gov/ and www.fedconnect.net. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote to be considered for award. SAM Unique Entity ID number is required for SAM registration. NOTE: Quotes shall be due by June 27, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. MT. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Kevin P.
