The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for two Snowmobiles for electrical right of way patrols. See attached specifications for details, brand name or equal to the snowmobiles listed. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 336999; Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 01/12/2023. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote to be considered for award.
