The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for service and repair to three (3) air conditioning units at Virginia Smith converter Station, located in Sidney Nebraska. The resultant contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as a competitive, small business-set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 238220; size standard is $16.5 Million. THE SOLICITATION (REQUEST FOR QUOTE) WILL BE ISSUED ELECTRONICALLY ON OR ABOUT DECEMBER 15, 2022, AT WHICH TIME ALL INFORMATION AND ATTACHMENTS REGARDING THE RFQ WILL BE POSTED. Contractor shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote to be considered for award.
