The Western Area Power Administration (Western), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes but is not limited to: Drilling a Borehole at Western’s, RMR, Guernsey Substation. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237990; Size Standard is $39.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about December 1, 2022, at the following sites: www.sam.gov and www.fedconnect.net. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote to be considered for award. Contractors must provide all requirements of this solicitation (See Provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors), INCOMPLETE QUOTES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
