The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price, contract. Terms include FOB Destination to Loveland and Montrose Colorado. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued as a competitive, small business set aside. The NAICS code is 331318; the applicable size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about August 9, 2022, at which time all information and attachments regarding the Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be posted. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote in order to be considered for award. NOTE: Quotes shall be due by 2:00 p.m. EDT, August 19, 2022. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Carol Hammans, Contracting Officer (hammans@wapa.gov) or via FedConnect.net.
