THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for Batteries for WAPA’s Ralston Substation. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures are being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 335911; Size Standard is 1,250 Employees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about March 9, 2022, at the following site: https://beta.sam.gov/. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote to be considered for award. DUNS number is required for SAM registration.
