The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes the removal of a door to the mail room and seal with block as well as the painting of the interior of two offices. The estimated period of performance is 120 calendar days after notice to proceed. The project is located in Shiprock, NM. The estimated order of magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. FAR Part 13 is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 238320; Size Standard is $16.5M.
