The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for the purchase, installation, and disposal of 48 volt telecommunications batteries, racks, and spill containment at four (4) locations. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 335911; Size Standard is 1,250 employees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about August 4, 2021 at the following site: SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities and www.fedconnect.net. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote to be considered for award. DUNS number is required for SAM registration.
