The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes but is not limited to the need for a contractor to administer annual occupational health examinations for designated Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) employees located in Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement.
