The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this requirement. The work includes but is not limited to: Recarpeting Western’s Montrose Facility. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 314110; Size Standard is 1,500 Employees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about May 13, 2021 {insert date} at the following site: https://beta.sam.gov/. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote to be considered for award. DUNS number is required for SAM registration.
